NON-EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION LICENSE
By accepting this agreement and submitting materials to the Institutional Repository of O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv, the author (copyright holder) grants the University a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right to store, reproduce, distribute, display, preserve, and provide open access to the submitted work in electronic form.
The author retains copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the submitted work.
The author confirms that:
the submitted work is original and does not infringe the copyright or other rights of third parties;
all necessary permissions have been obtained for any copyrighted material included in the submission;
the author has the legal authority to grant the rights specified in this agreement;
the submission does not contain confidential or restricted information whose dissemination is prohibited by law or contractual obligations.
The University may:
store the work in the Institutional Repository;
create backup copies for preservation purposes;
convert the work into different file formats solely for long-term preservation and accessibility without altering its intellectual content;
make the work publicly available via the Internet according to the access rights selected by the author and permitted by applicable law.
The University undertakes to:
identify the author(s) of the work;
preserve the integrity of the intellectual content of the submission;
not transfer exclusive rights to third parties.
The author may request corrections to metadata records or replacement of files if errors are discovered. In exceptional cases, the author may request withdrawal of the work in accordance with the Repository Policy.
By accepting this agreement, the author confirms that they have read and understood its terms and agree to deposit the work in the Institutional Repository of O.M. Beketov National University of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.
